Creepy Crawly Cupcakes
You can make a cobweb design on chocolate-iced cupcakes. Work quickly, while the ganache is still wet - use a small pastry bag to pipe a swirl of melted white chocolate onto the still-wet ganache. Then, using a toothpick, draw straight lines like spokes from the center of the cupcake to the edge. Presto, you're done and your Creepy Crawly Cupcakes are done.
Haunted Halloween Hands
Thin plastic gloves (buy deli-type gloves at a restaurant supply store),
1 pk. candy corn,
Popcorn (lightly salted).
Directions: Place one candy corn at the tip of each finger, for the fingernail. Fill the rest of the glove all the way with popcorn. Tie shut with black/orange curling ribbon and add a spider ring to decorate. Kids of all ages will love these low-sugar treats. A great Halloween recipe for you to try!
Take already baked cupcakes then follow these steps:- Spread frosting onto cupcakes. Place a piece of trimmed gum across center of cupcake. Top with M&M's for eyes. Place more pieces of gum at slight angles to cover tops, leaving eyes visible. Presto!
Witches' Brew Ice Cream Soda
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup; Cold club soda, seltzer or ginger ale; 3 scoops (about 3/4 cup) orange sherbet; Strawberry Twists.
Directions: First, combine syrup with small amount of club soda in 16-ounce soda glass. Then, add sherbet; fill glass with club soda. Garnish with candy. Serve immediately. Makes one 16-oz. serving.
